Treasurer Report - October 2024

Area 41 Treasurer Report Fourth Quarter 2024:

Good Morning Area 41!! Thank you for the opportunity to serve as your treasurer. I had a pretty boring third quarter so (thankfully) this should be pretty brief.

After FULLY funded all accounts for the fourth quarter:

• Our Main account has $26,753.47 in unallocated funds.
• Our Prudent reserve is $18,000, 50% of the 2024 expenses.
• Our expenses for the quarter were $10,695.51.
• Year to Date our expenses were: $28,757.06.
• Contributions for the quarter were $8,564.12.
• Year to Date contributions were: $ 25,735.47 For contributions during the quarter:
• 92 unique groups contributed
• Average contribution was $94.12
• Median Contribution was $62.91
• 42 of the contributions were less than $50.

Thank you to all of the small groups that make all this possible. I had the opportunity to work with the Technology and Communication in updating their budget to assist in all the great work they have been doing and am really enjoying the new and updated tools they are providing for us. I think most of the dust has settled from our bank’s system upgrade; but please let me know if you are having any trouble.

Speaking of the banking systems, I want to let all officers and committee chairs know that with the election of a new alternate delegate, we will all be receiving updated DocuSign requests as the alternate delegate is a signer on all area accounts.
