Newsletter Report - October 2024

Good morning Area 41, my name is Brock, an alcoholic and I am your newsletter chair.

I received everything I needed to make the newsletter in early August, and put together the first draft on August 8th. On August 14th I received updates and other information that needed added. On August 18th, I received an updated contact list for Area 41 and realized it was incomplete. To mitigate some confusion for me during this next cycle, if we could all double check our mailing addresses in the newsletter and let me and Erin know if it needs to be updated, that would be greatly appreciated. On September 4th, I completed the four versions of our newsletter and sent them to the printer. The printer so far this year has taken a week to get everything together. This time it took two weeks. I ordered 410 English copies and 15 Spanish copies which totaled $748.56. This quarter, I ordered 100 bubble mailers on Amazon at the price of $71.83. This was my first time having to order them and I suspect they’ll last me through the next quarter. I packaged the newsletters while watching football and took them to the post office. Shipping this quarter totaled $198.18. Again, if everyone could double check their mailing address in the newsletter and let me and Erin know if it needs updated, that would be so awesome.
