Hello Area 41, I'm Dan W. Alt DCM for District 14.

Our DCM contacted me Monday to tell me he could not attend this weekend. I can't stand to see a blank spot in the newsletter where the District Report should be, so I will report that. But here 50% of our eligible voters present this weekend are blessed with the opportunity to serve.
