Committee Name: Archives
Committee Scope:
- Collect all available items or information of historic interest to Alcoholics Anonymous within Area 41 for storage in the Area 41 archives.
- Provide education on basic archival procedures to committee members and district or group archives committees.
- Make recommendations on archival policies to the Area 41 Assembly.
- Oversee the work of the Area 41 Archivist to ensure that all collected materials are being preserved and stored correctly and, if not, recommend to the Area 41 Chairperson that a new Archivist be recruited.

Did you know? Any member of Area 41 can attend an Area 41 Assembly and/or be a member of a Standing Committee, regardless of whether they are currently a voting member at Area Assemblies.
